Before You Book

Please take a moment to read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth booking process:

Deposits: A small non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
Existing PMU: If you already have permanent makeup (done elsewhere), please send a clear photo of your brows via Instagram DM before booking. We’ll assess if a correction or new treatment is suitable.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to receive any PMU treatment.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for consultation and prep. Late arrivals may shorten your session time.
Cancellations: We understand plans change — please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
